Editor’s Note

Marc’s Maple Mark

After his recent interview with Andy K. on whether you can really ever enjoy the texture of buckwheat pancakes, one of our OG maplers, Marc Hartwig, has fired up the griddle for the last time. As a co-founder, Marc has been one of the best partners in all things web development and maple. He’s the ultimate team player, mentor, and forever learner. He doesn’t give up and he pays attention to all the details.

From his first article for editor J.D. Huspen, titled Tiffany’s Loving Maple Candy to his recent exposé on enterprise-level maple syrup production, Marc has grown as an author and friend to many of us in the maple community.

Marc, even if you’re next adventure is writing for the acclaimed blog, Hungry for Honey, we here at Will it Maple? will always apprecieate your time with us—and we hope your next adventure is freakin’ sweet!
